Offer details:

• This promotion includes one £10 Free Bet.
• The minimum deposit amount is £10. Valid on 1st deposit only.
• The player must place a qualifying bet:
  • Minimum stake: £10;
  • ACCA or Bet Builder with min 2 selections;
  • Minimum odds: 6/4 (2.5);
  • Horse Racing, Greyhounds, or Virtual Sports bets are excluded.

How to claim:

• Any of the following valid payment methods should be used for this promotion: Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay.
• The promo code LM10 should be used during your first deposit. Please ensure you manually enter it in the designated Cashier field.
• Access the "Gift" icon on the top right of the screen and check “New Offers". The promotion will also appear as “Sleeping” in the sportsbook interface.
• After a successful deposit, place a qualifying bet. Before confirming your bet, ensure the “Qualify for bonus” toggle in the betslip is turned on.
• Once the qualifying bet is placed, the Free Bet will appear in the sportsbook interface as “Active” and available in your betslip.
• If the Free Bet does not appear in your account after the qualifying bet has settled, please contact us before placing any further bets so we can resolve the issue.

Free Bet:

• The Free Bet must be used as an ACCA or Bet Builder with a minimum of 2 selections and combined odds of at least 6/4 (2.5).
• The Free Bet must be used in one go and cannot be split into separate smaller bets.
• The Free Bet can not be used on: system bets, bets placed on any horse racing, greyhounds or virtual sports, void bets, price boosts.
• The maximum winnings from the Free Bet that can be converted into cash are £100.
• The Free Bet must be used within 7 days after being credited, or else it will be void and revoked.

General:

• The Free Bet and qualifying bet stakes cannot be cashed out. Only winnings from them can be cashed out. 
• Free Bets are non-refundable, and the Free Bet stake is not included in any winnings. E.g. If you use a Free Bet of £10 on a bet with odds of 3.00 (2/1), the return would be £30; however, the initial Free Bet amount is removed, and winnings paid to account will be £20.
• A Free Bet can only be used to place wagers, and cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged.
• If a Free Bet is placed on a selection that is later voided, the free bet will be forfeit
• If a player initiates a withdrawal while one or more bonuses are active, all active bonuses will be automatically revoked and removed from the Player’s balance.
• Once claimed, a promotion cannot be cancelled through the player’s account. However, players may request to cancel the promotion at any time by contacting Customer Support. Please note that opting out will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• The promotion can be claimed once per player and is limited to one per IP address, device, and household.
• Free bets that expire or are cancelled by the player will not be returned or reissued. No cash alternative will be provided.
• We reserve the right to withhold any free bet if we have suspicion that the promotion has been abused and/or where the terms of the offer are not fulfilled.

Player’s rights:

• The promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion/s unless otherwise stated.
• Players who benefit from this promotion (and any other promotions offered by LuckyMate) have the right to withdraw at any time:

• • their deposited amount, or;
  • the rest of their deposited amount, or; 
  • the winnings achieved with their deposited amount.
